The model & the method
UBECoME & BE is a self-knowledge model created by Marc Heidmann. It explores six complementary dimensions: body, emotion, intellect, energy, space and bliss. Its method combines a questionnaire, scores and archetypes to help you recognise your resources and choose practical directions for growth.
Why it is different
Today we have an increasingly precise understanding of human functioning. Yet very few personality models manage to be structured, directly actionable in daily life and genuinely dynamic at the same time.

Brain plasticity, highlighted by modern research, reminds us of a crucial truth: a fixed personality is not reality. Beneath it lies an immense potential for growth waiting to be activated. Answers are grouped by dimension and by axis: intensity and agility. Some answers are reverse-scored according to how the question is worded. Results are then scaled out of 100; they do not represent a population ranking.
The model offers a dynamic reading. Your answers may change with your experience and context. A change in score invites reflection; it does not, on its own, prove progress or decline.
A personal profile explores your own functioning. The compatibility journey compares two profiles to highlight potential resources and tensions. It does not determine whether two people should be together.

The major difference is that the model does not lock you into a fixed personality. It reveals a living, evolving mechanism that can be understood, worked with and developed.
No, and we never will. All responses are strictly confidential and will never be shared or used for commercial purposes. We protect your data as carefully as possible and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The default data retention period is 10 years. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Yes. The UBECoME & BE test was designed to provide a coherent, structured and useful reading of the way you function. Its value does not rest only on a final result, but on the quality of the markers it brings to light: your dominant tendencies, your tension zones and your levers for growth. Like any self-knowledge tool, it provides a valuable foundation for understanding, which can then be deepened through observation, experience and, if you wish, coaching or training. The model draws inspiration from Eastern wisdom traditions, notably some contributions from yoga, without claiming perfect alignment with a specific Eastern lineage or school. It also draws on neuroscience research without yet claiming full scientific validation. In addition, not every dimension of the model has the same level of scientific study at this stage. However, for the intellectual, emotional and bodily dimensions, the functioning highlighted by UBECoME & BE remains broadly consistent with the current scientific consensus.
